Bruce was my step dad for about 8 years, during which time we had many ups and downs. The good memories still make me smile and even laugh. He was a genuinely loving man who watched out for us, took up for us, and best of all - brought us all together. Without Bruce I would have missed out on knowing his sons, and I would never have been given the best gift ever, a sister who I love so deeply. Bruce gave that to me and I am forever grateful. My heart and prayers go out to his family during this difficult time. I pray to one day see Bruce in heaven and have an opportunity to tell him how much he meant to us all and how even in the bad times we were all making mistakes because we are human, nothing is ever one person's fault and I hope Bruce knows that he left this world with no bitterness following him. Nothing but prayers for peace and strength to his family and a love that even the grave cannot silence.

I met Bruce when he first entered the hospital. He was always so positive when we visited. Bruce was a kind man that I count as an honor to have met him. God bless the family

Bruce you were a wonderful person, full of knowledge, someone you could talk to and not judged and he was one heck of a musician!!! His journey ended way to soon but the short time he was here, he made a large impact on a lot of lives. I was one of those people and I'm proud to say you're my friend. There's not too many people left in this world like Bruce. You are loved and missed by so many and he will always be remembered. Thank You Bruce for being an AWESOME friend. Richard and I will miss you but never forget you!!!!!!

Hey Bruce brother from another mother.I know as being a human we kinda want to be selfish and keep you here with us,and I was lucky enough to get to know you and really became a caring friend of mine I enjoyed the times we spent and I know our time was just as special as two brothers could be. I'm gonna miss you my friend especially just to be able to call you OR get that call from you but I know that now you are in a better place and out of pain love you my brother Rich
